Real Estate is more than a profession for our founder, Karen Coney — it is a family legacy. For generations, her family has been deeply rooted in Georgia property ownership, driven by a mission to provide meaningful housing for challenged communities. That same spirit of service is what brought Ola’s Oasis to life. This historic home, originally built in 1900, holds over a century of Savannah’s stories. When Karen first acquired the property, it was a vibrant home for five SCAD students. Inspired by their energy and the building's classic architecture, Karen poured her passion for design and community into a complete transformation. Today, Ola’s Oasis is a carefully curated retreat—a blend of historic charm and modern comfort where every guest is treated with the same integrity and personal care that defines the Coney Realty Group.
